Welcome to consciouslistening.now. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the Terms of Service below. Please read everything carefully so you know what to expect and how this service works.

1. Nature of This Service
Conscious Listening sessions offer presence based, non clinical listening support. This is not therapy, counseling, coaching, mental health treatment, or any licensed professional service. No diagnosis, assessment, advice on medical or psychological conditions, or treatment plans are provided.

If you are in crisis, in danger, or experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, do not book a session. Call 911 or your local emergency number for immediate help.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session.

Sessions are offered virtually through Google Meet. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a private space for the call.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Scheduling is handled through Acuity Scheduling. Once you book a session, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Google Meet link and a link to reschedule if needed.

You may reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not available.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your session at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Same day cancellations and missed appointments are considered completed sessions.

5. Refund and Payment Policy
Payment is collected at the time of booking through Acuity Scheduling using the payment method you choose.

Sliding scale pricing is available within the ranges listed on the booking page. You select the rate within that range that feels appropriate for your circumstances.

Refund Policy:
Payments are non refundable except in the case of a technical issue on the provider’s side that prevents the session from taking place. If this occurs, you may choose either a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session.

Missed Sessions:
If you miss a session or cancel within 24 hours, the session is considered completed and payment is not refunded.

6. Confidentiality
Your session content is kept private and is not shared with anyone unless you explicitly request it or provide written permission.

There are rare situations where confidentiality cannot be maintained. These include:

• If you disclose intent to harm yourself or someone else
• If you disclose abuse involving a minor or vulnerable adult
• If disclosure is required by law

Conscious Listening does not record sessions.

7. Technology and Limitations
Sessions occur through Google Meet. Because internet based communication can be disrupted, you agree to reconnect using the same link if possible. If technical issues prevent the session from continuing, the provider will offer an option to reschedule.

Conscious Listening is not responsible for loss of access due to your device, equipment, or connection failure.

8. Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions that arise from your session. Conscious Listening does not direct your choices or provide professional guidance of any kind. The purpose of this service is to create space for you to hear yourself more clearly.

9. Payments, Fees, and Taxes
All payments are made in USD. You are responsible for any taxes, charges, or fees associated with your payment method.

10. Use of Website and Content
Website content is for general informational purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, consciouslistening.now is not liable for any decisions, emotional outcomes, or actions you take during or after your session.

This service is offered as is and without guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or emotional shifts.

12. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site or booking system means you accept any changes.
