Who These Sessions Are For

These sessions are designed for people who want a quiet, supportive space to reflect, talk things through, and feel heard. They work well for those who are comfortable with virtual sessions and are looking for a grounded, mindful way to explore their thoughts.

Crisis Situations

This service is not appropriate for crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger, having thoughts of self-harm, or experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency number right away. Crisis hotlines and resources will be listed on the Crisis Resources page.
