About
Conscious Listening
A quiet space to be heard
Conscious Listening is a simple offering: a calm, steady presence while you talk about what is on your mind. My role is to listen with mindful presence, not to diagnose, not to fix, and not to lead you anywhere. You speak, I listen, and together we make space for your own insight to come forward.
My Approach
Presence before advice

In these virtual listening sessions, I stay fully attentive while you share. I stay grounded and listen consciously so there is room for you to slow down, reflect, and hear yourself with more honesty and ease.
This approach is influenced by teachers like Eckhart Tolle and by my own experience with presence-based conversations. Over time, I have seen that people often carry the answers within; they simply need a supportive listener who does not interrupt the process.
Why I Offer This
A natural extension of service
I began offering presence-based conversations while volunteering with recently released individuals who were rebuilding their lives. I noticed the relief that comes when someone feels fully heard without judgment.
Over time, friends and others reached out for the same kind of support, and I saw that this way of listening could serve people far beyond my local community. Offering this work virtually allows me to meet with anyone who feels drawn to this kind of quiet, grounded support.
What You Can Expect
Simple. Confidential. Supportive.
• You speak freely
• I listen with mindful presence
• No advice unless you ask
• A calm, private online space where you can explore whatever feels important
This is not therapy, coaching, or spiritual instruction. It is presence-based support through listening.
About the Format
All sessions are held through Google Meet. You join from wherever you feel comfortable. Many people find that meeting online gives them more privacy and ease. There is no required camera use if you prefer audio-only.
